Your details and privacy

This is the online shop of Titan Lab, the official Brunei distributor for JNX Sports and YAVA Labs, at titanlabbrunei.com. It covers this website and the orders placed on it. The counter in the shop and the staff system behind it are not open to the public and are not described here.

If anything on this page does not match what you have been told, message us on WhatsApp and we will put it right.

When you place an order. Your name, mobile number and email address; a delivery address and any note for the driver, if you asked for delivery; what you ordered and what it came to; the time the order arrived; a private link for the order, which is what lets you open it and upload a transfer screenshot; and the internet address the order came from, which is what stops one connection placing dozens of orders in an hour. They are used to get your order to you, to send you its updates, and to know you at the counter when you come in.

When you create an account. Your name, mobile number, email address, and a delivery address if you save one. There is no password: the counter knows you by your mobile number. Creating one takes 10% off that first order and starts your points.

When you upload a transfer screenshot. The image you choose, kept with the order. It is seen by Titan Lab's staff to confirm the payment, and by nobody else.

When you pay by card. Nothing of your card reaches this website. The card form is the bank's own, and your card number, expiry date and security code go straight from it to the payment gateway. The shop is told whether the payment went through, for how much, and a reference for it; that is all it keeps.

Emails. The emails we send are about your order — the confirmation, the payment, when it is ready, when it is out for delivery. We do not send marketing, and we do not sell or pass your details to anyone for theirs.

This site sets no cookies at all. That is why you are not asked to accept any: there is nothing to accept.

It does keep a few things in your own browser, on your own phone or computer, so the shop works: what is in your cart, the details you typed at checkout so you need not type them again, the orders you have placed on this device, and whether you chose the light or dark look. None of it is sent anywhere except when you place an order, and clearing your browser's site data removes all of it.

So Titan Lab can see which products people actually look at, the shop counts page views: the name of the page, the product on it, whether you came from Instagram, a search or a link, whether you are on a phone, and how long the page was on screen.

It is anonymous by the way it is built. There is no cookie and nothing that identifies you. A random number stands in for one sitting and is forgotten when you close the tab, or after thirty minutes away. Nothing is counted on a staff device, and nothing at all is counted if you open this link — that choice stays on your device until you clear it.

Running a shop needs a few services, and each one is told only what it needs:

Cloudflare hosts this website and holds its orders. Resend sends the order emails, so it is given the address the email goes to. Baiduri Bank's payment gateway (Cybersource) takes card payments, and your card details go to it rather than to us. Google serves the fonts this page is set in, so your browser asks Google for them when a page loads, and Google sees that request. If you message us from a link here, you are in WhatsApp, under its own terms.

Nobody else is given your details, and they are never sold.

A transfer screenshot and the record of a card payment are kept for 400 days, so a payment can still be checked or refunded long after the order.

A note of an email that failed to send is kept 30 days. The guard that limits how many orders come from one connection forgets it after an hour.

An order and its details stay with the shop's records: they are the account of what was sold, and they are what lets the counter know you next time. They are not deleted on a timer. Ask us and we will remove yours.

Message us on WhatsApp or email [email protected] and ask. You can ask to see what is kept about you, to correct it, or to have it removed, and we will do it. We may ask you to confirm the mobile number the orders were placed under, so that someone else cannot ask for your details.

Removing your details does not undo an order that is already on its way, and the figures Titan Lab keeps for its accounts no longer carry your name once your details are removed.

Everything between your browser and this site is encrypted, and browsers are told never to load it any other way. Your card details never touch this website. Transfer screenshots and order details are reached only through the staff system, which is behind its own key and a PIN for each member of staff, and the private link to your order is long and random so it cannot be guessed.

This shop sells food supplements and is meant for adults. We do not knowingly keep details for anyone under 18; if a parent or guardian tells us we have, we will remove them.

We may update this page; the date under the title shows when it last changed. The order terms and returns cover ordering, paying, collecting, delivery and returns.
